Everything DiSC® helps you build more effective working relationships based on an understanding of different behavioral styles. Everything DiSC is not a test; it’s a personality assessment. It’s a research-validated model that helps you understand yourself and others, saving you time, energy, and money. Better employee communication means efficiency on both individual and company levels. 

Understanding what drives people to behave the way they do is essential to unlocking the power of emotional intelligence and building effective working relationships. This workshop begins with a focus on understanding yourself through your personalized Everything DiSC Workplace® profile, and then transitions into understanding other DiSC profiles and adapting your approach to interacting with others.

DiSC® is the leading personal assessment tool used by over 1 million people every year to improve work productivity, teamwork and communication.

The DiSC profile, published by Wiley, is a non-judgmental tool used for discussion of people's behavioral differences. If you participate in a DiSC program, you'll be asked to complete a series of questions that produce a detailed report about your personality and behavior. You'll also receive tips related to working with people of other styles.

The DiSC® model provides a common language that people can use to better understand themselves and to adapt their behaviors with others.

DiSC profiles help you:

  • Increase your self-knowledge: how you respond to conflict, what motivates you, what causes you stress, and how you solve problems

  • Improve working relationships by recognizing the communication needs of team members

  • Facilitate better teamwork and teach productive conflict

  • Develop stronger sales skills by identifying and responding to customer styles

Facilitation Fee: $275/participant
